Togenergy

I originally made this for my story with the Moscen Crystal for 's fake'off. BUUTT when i relooked at the list of pokemon we could choose from Togekiss wasn't on there xD i dunno why i thought it was. prolly cuse i wanted it to be because its Normal/flying and worked great with my story. but oh well! i like the ones i ended up using anyway ^_^!

Still i liked this design and thought i'd share it with you all. I made it so that it evolves from Togetic, since no pokemon has a4th evolution (yet >> << >> ooo?)

But yea, this is Togenergy, evolves using the Moscens Crystal under circumstances that cause the 'psychic evolution' to occur

Description: This pokemon has released itself from its egglike skin and converted its form to one of pure energy. Possessing immense psychic abilities this pokemon is very hard to tame and even harder to come by.
