So, I know that I started a Black Nuzlocke a year or so ago and that I haven't updated it since haha. I'm really sorry about that.
First off, I currently attend Ringling College of Art and Design and I'm in the Computer Animation Major, so finding extra time to do side projects isn't an easy task. Whenever I would try to work on it, i would end up feeling super guilty ._. and I'd fall behind so, that blew.
Secondly, after I started and stood back a while and looked at it, I felt unhappy with it, because I didn't have a story for it that I was in love it. I've struggled thinking about things to do, but since starting this Nuzlocke, I've read a few other Black/White Nuzlockes and I kinda feel like it's already been done well and done enough that I can't bring myself to keep going with it, even though that makes me sad because honestly Pokemon Black/White has THE FLIPPEN BEST base story arc of any of the games ever. So much potential with N that no other game has ever really had. But again, its already been done and its a bit too predicable.
Thirdly, even though I go to an art school and its kind of embarrassing to say- I'm really not very good at drawing people. I'm always unhappy with the way I draw people and I wish so much that I had drawn humans with I was young instead of animals, since it turns out you need to draw people in life a lot more then you need to draw animals. /sigh But it is what it is. I've been trying my hand at several styles to try and get comfortable with different ways to draw people and to hopefully develop my own style that works best for me. So, thats another issue i've been trying to work out.
But my thoughts are that, I might- try my hand with this new gen thats coming out, X/Y. I'm not sure, since I still don't have time to DRAW this nuzlocke, since I'm in my senior year and we have to do our senior thesis (Which is a 2 minute 3D animated piece x.x and I'm not in a group so all by myself ._.) But, I think I might make my first attempt through it a blind Nuzlocke and try to develop an interesting story out of it this way.
What are you guys thoughts on this? Do you not care that Black and White Nuzlockes have been done to death and would still like to see me continue on with mine or would you guys think it'd be more interesting to see me make a blind nuzlocke comic?
